PLACING YOUR ORDER
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and can be paid via Visa, MasterCard or Direct Deposit. Alternatively, you can phone order on 0413 409 545 or email your order at [email protected]
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us.
DELIVERY & PACKAGING
Your order will be delivered either by courier or registered/traceable mail. Please ensure you supply a street address as your delivery address (where someone can sign for your parcel) as we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses for courier deliveries.
ORDER COLLECTION OPTION
Delivery charges will not be applicable if you collect your order from our boutique located at Windsor, Brisbane (approximately 5 mins drive from the Brisbane CBD). Just choose this option when you order and we will contact you to arrange a pick up time that is convenient for you.
For all in stock items, delivery is usually within 3-7 working days of receiving your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will make every effort to ensure priority delivery.
For out of stock items we need to order in, you will be advised of an approximate delivery time when you add your items to your shopping bag.
You will be advised of delivery time for customised and made to measure items at the time of quotation.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
From time to time out of stock products may no longer be available to order in for you. In this instance, we will contact you and you will have the option to select another item or alternatively you may cancel your order and we will happily reverse your payment.

• The minimum lay-by purchase is $100, excluding applicable delivery charges.
• All lay-bys require a 30% deposit and will incur a $5.50 lay-by service fee.
• The lay-by period is strictly a maximum of 8 weeks. You may decide to make full payment for your lay-by purchase before the 8 week term however please note that any special order items may not be available for collection/delivery before the lay-by term concludes.
• Lay-by payments are to be made in regular instalments, either fortnightly or monthly, according to your selected preference. You will be sent a payment schedule outlining your instalment amounts and payment method details once we approve your lay-by request. You will be responsible for making the payments according to the payment method you have selected.
• We reserve the right to cancel your lay-by if scheduled instalments are not made. If you do not meet your scheduled instalments, all monies paid for your lay-by will be refunded less the service fee and the deposit paid which are both payable as a cancellation fee.
• Should you decide to cancel your lay-by at any stage of the lay-by period all monies paid for the lay-by will be refunded less the service fee and the deposit paid which are both payable as a cancellation fee.
• Individual items may not be separated from a lay-by parcel until final payment is received.
• Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• In extreme circumstances, we may need to cancel your lay-by during your lay-by period, including but not limited to where the requested product is not available due to circumstances beyond our control. In this instance, we will contact you and will provide you a full refund of all payments made.
It is important to us that your chosen items are perfect for you and you are 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we will do everything possible to help.
If you have purchased the wrong size or your item is simply not suitable, we can offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, excluding delivery charges, under the following conditions:
All products must be returned within seven days of receipt by following the “How To Return An Item” instructions below:
• The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, be unworn, unused and with all tags and parts intact. If the product is deemed to be in used condition, it will be returned to you and you will be liable for all additional shipping costs.
• Customised, made to measure, and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Hair Accessories, hosiery and earrings are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• Subsequent delivery charges for all exchange items will apply and if special ordering of out of stock items is required for your exchange an additional re-stocking fee, calculated at 15% of your original purchased item, will apply.
• Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please order carefully and consult us for any assistance you may require with sizes or styles prior to ordering as we do not offer refunds, except in the case of faulty items. For further assistance regarding returns, please contact us.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1) To return an item, you will firstly need to contact us via email at [email protected] or phone
0413 409 545 strictly within 7 days of receiving your order.
2) We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and return address. Please do not return any item until you receive this authorisation number as orders received without prior approval cannot be accepted.
3) You will be responsible for costs to deliver the item back to Sorrento Boutique and it is your responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Registering your return parcel is recommended as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Credit notes will be to the value of the return item/s, excluding original delivery charges.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Our items are of extremely high quality and we thoroughly check and carefully package prior to delivery. If however you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange or should the product be unavailable, we can provide a refund. Please report faulty or damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE DISCREPANCIES
Computer screen colour settings vary and may affect the way products appear. We make every effort possible to display our products and colour charts as clearly and accurately as possible, however, Sorrento Boutique cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. Some garments available for sale on this site are custom made and detailed by hand. The finished items may vary slightly from the design shown on the site and no guarantee will be given that finished items will be a perfect replica of the product image shown on the site.

All images displayed are subject to copyright and must not be used or reproduced without express written permission from Sorrento Boutique. Any breach of copyright will result in legal action being undertaken.
